Darrell... The Savage is not the bike for you if you plan many 'two up' long rides. That back seat is good for minutes, not hours. In addition, the Savage is too light and under powered for this type of riding. If you can stand the weight and taller seat height of a larger machine, it may be time to trade. If these longer rides are infrequent, get the windshield. A Memphis Shades will cost about $130.00 and does help reduce the wind load quite a bit.
